As we know that today, to find a proper job is so difficult, many university graduates still stuck in the unemployment status. There are many factors why finding a good job is difficult, first is because the number of the vacancies are not as many as the people who want to apply for it, so only the best of the best are accepted. The next reason is because the economic condition is not is its best condition, so many companies will not look for new employees unless they are urgently needed.

One of the many ways to deal with this is to open our own business or in the other word, become a businessman. There are many advantages of course that we can get if we open our own business, but to establish it, you will need capital and also knowledge about the industry that you want to enter. If we see from the future prospect, establish a merchandising company is a good idea because we only need to find a supplier and sell their products. After we decide the type of the business, now it’s the time to decide the product that we are going to sell. Selling things that needed by many people but only a few stores sell it is a good idea, so we can just sell products like area rugs or carpet.

Things like rugs and carpet are needed by almost all people in their houses, the main purpose is to cover their floor because they are bored with their floor design or just want to add some different accent to their house. One thing you need to do is to cheap rugs and carpet wholesalers so that you can buy carpets, rugs and other floor covering stuffs from them in a large quantity but still with cheap price.

Many businesses have developed corporate policies and procedures around blogs. Employees need to know if they are allowed to mention your corporation in their blogs. They should be provided with what is acceptable and what isn’t, and if they are allowed to include any corporate reference in their blog.

Many businesses have assigned a person in their marketing department the responsibility of monitoring the blogs for mention of the company. They have policies and procedures in place for their reaction when they find their company mentioned. If it’s good news, they want to capitalize on the mention
by getting as many links to it as possible and getting the “right” people to see it. If it’s bad news, they need to have procedures in place to minimize the damage.

Blogs provide a plethora of information related to target market research. You can find out what present and potential customers think about your products or services, your advertising campaigns, your advertising slogans, or their preferences related to style, color, or features.
